Turn customer feedback into GitHub issues — automatically

Stop manually copying feedback into your issue tracker. Connect GitHub once and turn validated requests into issues, without leaving Clypp.

Feedback lives in one place and engineering work lives in another — so the moment a request is worth building, someone has to copy it across by hand. Clypp's GitHub integration closes that gap: connect your repository once, and turn any piece of feedback into a GitHub issue in a couple of clicks.

Connect once, no copy-pasting

Authorize Clypp against GitHub using a standard GitHub App / OAuth 2.0 flow, right from Integration Settings. The connection is scoped to your organization, and the credentials behind it are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) — the same handling every integration on Clypp gets.

Tip

Connecting GitHub — like any integration on Clypp — requires the Team plan or above.

How it works

  1. 1

    Connect your GitHub account

From Integration Settings, authorize Clypp through GitHub's OAuth flow.

  2. 2

    Turn feedback into an issue

Open any piece of feedback and create a linked GitHub issue without switching tabs.

  3. 3

    Keep the context together

The issue stays linked back to the original feedback, so anyone on the team can trace a request back to the customers who asked for it.
