Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Clypp service ("Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Your continued use after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By accepting these terms you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You may not use the Service to: violate any applicable law; transmit spam or malicious code; reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written permission; store or transmit illegal content; or interfere with the integrity of the platform.

The Service and all related content, trademarks, and software are the exclusive property of Clypp or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorise us to charge your payment method on the applicable schedule. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change fees with 30 days' prior written notice.

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain anonymised aggregate data but will delete your personal data per our Privacy Policy. We are not liable for loss resulting from termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clypp is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Clypp is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
